On 6:30 Am Sunday, We reached Delhi Junction on right time. It’s a old Railway station and a Busy station lot’s of train arrived on this platform. We came out from station and booked DD Auto Rickshaw for Jama Masjid Old Delhi (Rs 20 Per one Person).

It’s Sunday so we hear about Chor Bazaar where people sells product, clothes, shoes and many more thing in cheap price at Jama Masjid area. May be its theft products or second copy product so that why they sell in cheap price. Just For experience we go there and we didn’t find any things that we can buy but I see Shoes and Luggage bags that would be my first choice to buy.

Things to do in Delhi

Jama Masjid – Our First Destination is Jama Masjid Old delhi. Jama Masjid is one of largest mosques in India, it was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in 16th century. The mosque has 3 gates, four towers and 2 40 metre minarets Anyways you can read more on Wikipedia. Its a peaceful place for spending time with your family and friends.

If you love Non-Veg foods Jama Masjid will be your first choice. There are so many Famous Mughlai restaurants you can order Korma, chicken Biryani, kebab, mutton paya and many more foods variety. We just orderd Chicken Biryani there and it was so delcious.

Jama Masjid to Mehrauli Journey

After that we buy Bus Ticket pass in Rs50 for One Day. So we can explore more local places. First time i go to Mehrauli and i don’t know that time that we can see Qutub Minar there. We stop on that place to explore this place.

Qutub Minar Experience

I have seen many foriegner there so i guess its so popular for them becoz of Mughali historical monuments. Okay I forget to mention that You have to Pay for Entry and it will cost Rs 40 to local Indian Tourist and Rs 500 for Foriegner person. On Ticket counter we see long queue line and we see there banner too where we can pay online for Entry Fees and its will cost us Rs 35 per person. We save Rs 5 per person ( we’re 3 here so total Rs 15 safe). That way we Save Our time too.

I have seen beautiful Calligraphy on bottom of Minar. That’s really impress me for watching around all the minar.
